INTERNSHIP IN THE STUDIO
Moniquenwerk broderie d'art is an embroidery workshop specializing in modern gold embroidery and broderie d'art, the embroidery techniques of haute couture in Paris. In the studio I work on my own collection of artisanal art projects and teach the various embroidery techniques. As an intern you will learn to apply these embroidery techniques. With the intern I want to develop a fitting collection with basic patterns of garments on which we can show different applications of embroidery on clothing. In addition, the intern assists with the daily affairs in the studio, such as preparing embroidery materials for sale, photography for the website and webshop. I expect an intern to have a curious work attitude and personal input, so there is also room for working on your own project in the studio, so that we experience a pleasant and meaningful working period together.

I expect the student to have a strong affinity with textiles, creativity and curiosity.
